Drug bust yield $800k worth of cocaine
YADKINVILLE, N.C. -- What started as a routine traffic stop Tuesday in Yadkin County has ended with a major drug bust.
Yadkinville police found nearly $800,000 worth of cocaine in a suitcase in a car they pulled over.Police also found more than $400,000 cash, which has been turned over to customs officials.
At least eight or nine more arrests are expected in the case, police said.
One person has been arrested, but police have not released the suspect's name.
