Vivendi + Activision = Activision Blizzard

Vivendi, French media company join forces with Activision to create a super industry leader called Activision Blizzard. Vivendi makers of the popular game, world of warcraft and Activision makers of Guitar hero is estimated at $18.9 billion. Jean-Bernard Levy CEO of Vivendi estimates a tremendous earning for 2009. Vivendi has a strong hold on Asia's shareholders further profiting Activision shareholders as well.
