Google and Hyperphase in patent dispute

The Federal appeals court handed Google a setback in a patent lawsuit today. Tossing out a lawsuit that was file by Hyperphase Technology, LLC in Federal court in favor of Google. Hyperphase Technology and Hyperphase Inc, had file a suit against Google in Wisconsin on four infringed patent that use to make Autolink and Adsense. The Wisconsin court threw out the case sighting in Google's favor. But the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said it partially upheld the summary judgment, partially vacated it and remanded the case.
